1- Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment or order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- In case of any unexpected delays, you will be notified via SMS/WhatsApp/emai.
2- Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver across Pakistan through registered courier partners. Estimated timelines are:
- Within Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad: 3–7 business days
- Major Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas / Villages: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier limitations, weather conditions, or seasonal load.
3- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier service.
- If we offer Free Shipping promotions, they will be clearly mentioned on the website.
- Any additional customs/duties for international orders (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
4- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most locations across Pakistan.
- The courier may contact you before delivery for confirmation.
- Refusal of a COD parcel without valid reason may result in blocking future COD service for the customer.
5- Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
- You can track your order on the courier’s website or through your account dashboard.
6- Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, the order may be returned, and additional shipping charges may apply.
7- Delivery Attempts
Most couriers attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the parcel may be returned to us.
8- Damaged or Tampered Parcels
- If you receive a parcel that appears tampered with, opened, or damaged, please do not accept it.
- Immediately inform us with pictures/videos so we can raise a claim with the courier and resend the order if needed.
9- Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, political situations, weather conditions, natural events, or any circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving courier-related issues.
