Product Categories and Eligibility for Return

Our products fall into two main categories:

  1. Perishable Goods (e.g., fresh honey, herbal pastes, juices, or other short shelf-life products)
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.
  • However, if you are not satisfied with the taste, freshness, or quality, you may contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Based on your feedback, photos, or batch details, we will offer a refund or replacementwithout requiring you to return the product.
  1. Non-Perishable Goods (e.g., sealed honey jars, cold-pressed oils, herbal powders, or dry food items)
  • Such items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with labels intact.
  • If you are not personally satisfied with the product — for example, in terms of taste, quality, or overall experience — you may request a refund, replacement, or store credit.
  • Each request will be reviewed fairly, and we will ensure the outcome leaves you satisfied.

 

Return and Review Process

  • Our Quality Assurance Team will review your request based on the details provided.
  • Once approved, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit according to your preference.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  1. Return Shipping
  • If the product was wrong, damaged, or expired due to our mistake, Ali’s Organic Foods will bear all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is based on personal preference or satisfaction, shipping charges will be borne by the customer

 

Fair Use Policy

Our “Customer Satisfaction Guarantee” is built on mutual trust.
If a customer repeatedly submits unreasonable or excessive refund/return requests, we may limit or deny future claims to maintain fairness for all our customers.
