1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • You received an incorrect item or the item is damaged during transit.

  • The product is unopened and unused.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or perishable products such as organic food or beverages due to health and hygiene regulations.

 

2. Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • After the 7-day period, we will not be able to process any returns or exchanges.

 

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. We will also advise whether you need to return the product or if we can offer a direct exchange.

  3. Packaging: Please repack the item in its original condition and packaging. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

 

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:

  • If you are eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • If you opt for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Perishable goods like organic food, snacks, or beverages.

  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items.

 

6. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to a defect or mistake on our part (incorrect or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide a photo of the damage or defect and your order number to assist us in processing your request.

  • We will send you a replacement item or offer a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.

 

8. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to exchange it, please contact our customer support team with the gift details. The exchange will be processed for the same value as the original purchase.
